7-Day Chengdu Itinerary:

DAY 1: 

Airport pickup at Tianfu International Airport. Evening entertainment featuring a traditional Sichuan Opera Face-Changing show.

• Sichuan Opera: Experience the mesmerizing art of face-changing (Bian Lian), an ancient dramatic art where performers instantaneously change masks. The show also includes fire-spitting, hand shadow performances, and puppetry.

DAY 2: 

Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou, with a morning visit to the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base.

• Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding: Observe these adorable national treasures in a natural habitat. Morning is the best time to see pandas when they're most active and feeding.
• Afternoon transfer to Jiuzhaigou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its colorful lakes and stunning landscapes.

DAY 3: 

Full day exploration of Jiuzhaigou National Park.

• Jiuzhaigou Valley: Discover crystal-clear lakes in vibrant blues, greens, and turquoise, multi-level waterfalls, snow-capped peaks, and Tibetan villages. Key areas include Five-Flower Lake, Pearl Shoal Waterfall, Mirror Lake, and Nuorilang Waterfall.

DAY 4: 

Jiuzhaigou to Dujiangyan, with a visit to Huanglong Scenic Area en route.

• Huanglong Scenic Area: Famous for its colorful calcite pools, snow-capped mountains, diverse forest ecosystems, and hot springs. The "Golden Dragon" series of terraced pools is the highlight.
• Evening arrival in Dujiangyan.

DAY 5: 

Dujiangyan to Siguniang Mountain Town.

• Dujiangyan Irrigation System: Visit this UNESCO World Heritage Site, an ancient engineering marvel from 256 BC that still functions today, preventing floods and providing irrigation.
• Afternoon transfer to Siguniang Mountain Town (Four Sisters Mountain Town), a charming gateway to one of China's most beautiful mountain ranges.

DAY 6: 

Siguniang Mountain to Chengdu, exploring the scenic area.

• Shuangqiao Valley Scenic Area: Experience the breathtaking landscape of Four Sisters Mountain, including alpine meadows, snow-capped peaks, pristine forests, and crystal-clear streams. The valley offers spectacular views of the four peaks that resemble four sisters standing together.
• Return to Chengdu in the evening.

DAY 7: 

Airport transfer and departure.

• Final opportunity for souvenir shopping if time permits before your return flight.
